Such tourist sights as la isleta were adjacent to the hotel. Within walking distance of Bioloco, where you can have lunch. Had a nice stay, no complains at all.

The location was great, very near to the beach.
I was given a room next to which workers were making noise and i was woken up every morning at 8 because of them.

The room was quiet (not situated to face to street) and very well suited our needs. Staff was friendly and helpful. All services and other interests were nearby (car rental, beach, cafes, restaurants etc).
The room was quite plain, maybe some rugs would have given a touch.

Location is excellent, on a side street close to sandy beach so not too busy or noisy. Staff helpful (spanish rather than english speaking) and plenty to eat at breakfast. Beach with lagoon suitable for swimming, surfing (northern end), lovely promenade with good cafe and other facilities. Very clean.
There is just one large common area on the first floor, part of this room is used for breakfast in the mornings, its possible to get wireless in this space only.

The hotel was full when we arrived and we were given a noisy room on the first floor with smells from the street and dirty windows, But the second day we were changed to an excellent room on the 4th floor, very clean, and with a tiny kitchenette. The staff was friendly and didn't charge for photocopies. Location great, right next to the beach and with great restaurants in the area.
The desk needed a light - we asked for a lamp but never received it. Also, it would have been nice to have a low table to go with the 2 chairs.

Staff were on reception 24 hours/day, its right by the beach and in a good location in Las Palmas. It is also handy that pets are allowed in the hotel.
There is literally nowhere to park and wifi should be made available in all rooms. Also, we asked for a double bed but were told we could not have one, despite having requested one when we booked.

the location was ok
it was very noisy in the room, almost impossible to sleep, smt produced monotonic noise all night. the toilet door was broken. there were not enough towels in the room.the staff could not speak english.

The position was very good, the hotel was very clean and the breakfast was adequate,
No views at all out of glazed over windows. It is a spanish hotel and does not cater for british tourists. There is no english channel on television. More effort should be made at reception to look up and smile at guests would be appreciated, and would attract british tourists.
